EMPOWERING EDUCATION: FOSTERING TEAMWORK AND SELF-RESPONSIBILITY THROUGH COLLABORATION AND RECOGNITION ACROSS ALL ROLES
Students at our school are organized into four houses: Iqbal House, Jinnah House, Fatima House, and Ayesha House. These houses form the backbone of our student community, guiding all activities and evaluations. Additionally, our administrative structure is divided linearly and horizontally into three sections: Junior Section, Middle Section, and High Section, streamlining operations and fostering a sense of belonging within each class.
Competition among houses is woven into the fabric of our school culture, extending from morning assemblies to academic pursuits. Every aspect, from discipline and classroom tidiness to sports and scholastic achievement, contributes to house rivalry. Individual and collective efforts directly impact house scores, emphasizing the importance of accountability and mutual support among students.
To cultivate leadership and democracy, we’ve established a student administration system. Students achieving a minimum of 70% marks are eligible to apply for class positions, while higher roles require applications from the most senior students meeting the same criteria.
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond student involvement. Teachers, administrative staff, Ayas, guards, and drivers undergo thorough evaluations using specific criteria, influencing potential pay rises alongside regular increments.
Transparent evaluation processes ensure fairness. Section heads complete evaluation forms, which teachers then review and sign. Dissatisfied individuals can appeal to the Principal, engaging in a reasoned dialogue supported by evidence. Further recourse is available through the Trust (KDT) via a formal written appeal endorsed by the Principal.
Each year, outstanding contributions are recognized through awards. The Best Teacher, Best Administrative Staff, Best Ayas, Best Driver, and Best Guard of each section receive honorary shields, celebrating their dedication and service to our school community.
